so some of you may know that i joined a "dietbet" last month that lasted 28 days
the goal was to lose 4% of your bodyfat and put in $25 for each person who wanted in on the game. i thought it wasnt goin to make it but....basketball, treadmill, pilates really did help me loads!...i took soda out of my meals...i used to drink it like water and replaced it with 100% juice drinks or just water. i ate mostly chicken salad or chicken salad lettuce wraps for dinner or sometimes tuna...i even made those fun things like the flourless pizza and the healthy donuts...each calorie really did make a difference! i didnt eat anythin after dinner other then some fruit or vegie. i was iffy about sharin my pic on here but hey....we're like family here right? well most of u guys...ill have to block some people
went from a whoppin 152.5 to a 146.0 which is pretty good for 28 days right?
i cant believe just that much weight made a huge difference on my face/legs/arms. my biceps got huge!
i know u guys are wonderin what my meal was after the bet was over...well....seeing that it was my uncle birthday we went to a buffet haha! i picked out what i considered to be the healthiest things there
here's some of my meals i had durin this hard period...hard since im such a food lover. what really came of a shock to me was....after this whole change of diet for a month...it really did change my reactions to food. taste and after effects.
