Smile healthy shiney hair!

ok so i was on youtube the other night and came upon a vid in those beauty tip type youtubers. i just watched it because it had a lot of views and was curious. did u guys know that there is a correct and wrong way to wash your hair? i really had NO idea i tried it out today (Sunday) before i went to the see the bf and the results really did surprise me....

i always used to wash my hair scrubbin with my nails....never realizing i was damaging my hair for all these years! and esp when dryin my hair...i towel dried like a madwoman but after followin this video...im never gonna shower like that again! u guys should try it!

this was before i lost the weight but i wanted to show my hair condition result the wrong way

and here was todays pic washed the right way but my hair wasnt fully dry here :] i loved it!

just thought i would share...i know im not the only one who didn't know about this! LMAO

Yep, "scrubbing" prevents the hair cuticle from laying down & can actually cause breakage. Licensed cosmetologist for 20 years...
