Default Join me in Some Exercise

Ok so I'm downright getting sick of being out of shape so I plan to start working out tom. Anyone else want to join me & track it here together ?

Jen you don't need to anyway We kinda moved things around & packed things up so it's been hard to work out but I'm tired of putting my life on hold waiting.

waiting must be hard

here's one more thing i can highly recommend and you can do it in a very small area and it only takes 30 minutes it's a vhs tape which isn't great before i started biking i did this almost everyday.

Id say I would join you but I get enough exercise running around after my 5 Kids, 3 Dogs, and 4 Ferrets

I would love to join you. I am doing a series called p90x. It is a 90 day fitness program. You can check it out at beachbody.com I am trying to workout 6 days a week.

I have so many vhs workout videos & can't seem to stick with them they bore me I'll be walking on the treadmill

Kiffany Great I'm not sure if I'll be able to start today my hubby needs to move some stuff out of the workout room

Alisha, I started jogging on the threadmill about 4 years ago. I lost about 20 pounds and gained muscles (so I probably lost 30). It really works if you stick to it. I started walking and slowly started jogging. Now, I walk 5 minutes, run 14 minutes (between 3,6 and 5 miles per hour, increasing slowly) and walk 2 more. The whole thing takes 21 minutes, 4-5 times a week. I've been able to keep my weight the same since.

So good luck, I'll be thinking of you when I step on my threadmill tonight.
