I've been doing this a lot lately, not intentionally but just been off my food this past few weeks.
Another thing I found that helps me is moving my legs around when I am sitting down. I have a recliner chair and I spend most of the time in it with my feet up, so I just raise one leg at a time lower it, raise the other, over and over.
NOw after a few minutes I barely register in my brain that I am doing it, and sometimes I go for an hour at a time.
It doesnt sound much, but I buil it up slowly and the first week i did this i lost 4 pounds, and I had changed nothing else at all.
