Question SPecial k

so i've been doing this diet anyone try it?

works for me i lost 14lbs

all you eat is cearl , their bars (90cal) or shakes or waffles ,or crackers then you eat what you want for dinner as long as it's healthy

I've only been drinking water and eating this stuff chewing LOADS of gum between meals lol has been working.

when i want to cheat i'll drink water threw out the day and gum then my mid day meal before 6pm

me & my dad did it for a month i think. He cheated ! lol i lost 1lb! i was a bit disappointed but i did feel a lot better with myself. O and we ate Rice Krispies cause theyre nicer lol

wow only 1lb! i'd be pissed lol

i was shocked when i saw a 14lbs lost so i'm sticking with it

Stick with it !

I've lost 13 pounds with exercise and reducing calories.
I'm eating healthy food, unprocessed as much as possible, and I've cut out
junk food (occasionally Chocolate, but I"m only human....beer on the weekend, I"m only a Man)

It worked for Stella, now it's working for me. There are no gimmicks
to overcome the basic math: Less Calories in + More Calories burned =
weight loss

oh yes I've been walking more , I've been getting off the bus a spot further than my job so i can get some walking in

like you i'm only human , lol i'm trying to talk my friend into dieting with me because it's sooo hard when someone else is eating yummy stuff and you have to hold back lol

Good job girl!!! 14 pounds, wow. That is a lot! Have you seen those fake molds of how 5 pounds of at looks? It's a lot! I'm happy for you; keep on truckin'

I may consider trying this; I LOVE the cereal with the strawberries and have been wanting to try the chocolate one.

Did you know chewing gum makes your body think your eating, and becuase no food is actually getting into the stomache it can actually make you feel more hungry? lol it also has a laxative effect thats why i stopped lol

well done for losing so much though!
