Default Weight Watchers

Well i need 2 operations on each of my elbows and they won't go ahead till iloose weight. So first week i cut down and lost 3lb, then the i joined weight watchers a week ago. Wednesday is my weigh in day and on Wednesday i'd lost another 7lb so in 2 weeks i've lost 10lb. I had a craving day yesterday but i worked through it and didn't cheat.

Well done you're doing great hun! I really reccomend the Marks and Spencers Simply Fuller Longer Meals, My mum is on a diet and has loads of them, I tried one when there was nothing else in the house and they are bloody gorgeous, you can't even tell some of them are low fat meals, I'm becoming addicted to some of them! I hope your elbows arent too painfull in the meantime xxxxx

Our nearest [email protected] is 13 miles away, but Nick goes over there a couple of times a week so i might get im to go and get a couple and point them up see what they are like. My elbows are a bit painfull but more annoying as i have a trapped nerve in each and they give me permenant pins and needles in my 2 fingers, plus i have a large cyst on the one. But the good thing about it is it's kicked me up the bum to do something about my weight.
