I agree WW is a very good plan. I use the point system occasionally if I want to shed a pound or two. I am not overweight, nor do I obsess, but as I get older I see it "ain't" as easy as it used to be to stay trim. I am short so extra pounds show right away.
Its a great system because you can eat whatever you want and crave and just have to detuct your points from your daily intake.
