Default Earthquake tonight

I know it is not a big deal for some that live where they happen often but SC had a 4.4 Earthquake tonight and I felt it where I live in NC. It was one of the strongest I have felt. I think we live near a fault line. Snow, warm weather and a earthquake all in one week...weird!

I know what you mean! Same here for us! We don't get earthquakes, but this past week my son felt one where he lives in southeastern MA! Kind of scary!

I know a scary feeling.. I can never get used to the earthquakes here in Greece and we have MANY. We live in an apartment building and once it starts you never know how it is going to go. I get horror images of all the countries where tall buildings fell and they dig poor people out of the ruble. I am very claustrophobic so at every tremor I feel helpless. We have had some terrible earthquakes and lately there have been so many...it is indeed weird!!

Oh my goodness we sure felt it. We love just north of Columbia in Blythewood, SC. First it sounded like the UPS truck barreling down the hill in our neighborhood at excessive speed, then the couch began shaking. Hubby and I stood up the floor was shaking. Totally bizarre event for sure. The dogs all started barking madly too. Yep three days of snow followed by an earthquake, hope someone is not trying to tell us something!!!!

Wow! Earthquakes happen in SC! I've never lived somewhere, where earthquakes happen. NC is one if the places my bf and I could be moving when he's officially home from Thailand! I wonder if arthquakes happen often there?
