Default Has anyone ever tried....

Colon cleansing. I know, gross but I am considering doing this and wanted to know if anyone on here has every done it or known someone who has and what the results were. I hear it is suppose to be a really good thing for your body if done correctly. I found a website where I was reading up on it and I am really considering giving it a try. Not so much for weight loss, even though a pound or two or ten LOL wouldn't hurt but just to give myself some of the other benefits, kind of like a fresh start. I am an eataholic...seriously. If there is something in the house I like I will literally eat it all in one sitting - NO JOKE. Cheese its, yummy, if the box makes it to day two it will be a miracle. Cheese, well lets say I just ate 8 ounces of cheese last week in 2 days. I know bad me, but I love food, always have. Fortunately I have a half way decent metabolism, I am 5'3" and weigh about 124, I would really like to be around 110. Supposedly we are suppose to view what we eat differently after this process at least that is what I am hoping for LOL.

i dont know....a friend of mine took the slim quick cleanse.. she said it was not a pleasant experience....i was reading from the box and i said 'but pam, it says 'gentle cleansing' and she said ''my @$$!!" she said she couldnt get away from the commode. i dont know if that is supposed to be a colon cleanse, or just a mild diuretic or a laxative. that is the only one i have heard anyone talk about.

Don't know, I have looked into it too.... but I worry about gas pain. I am prone to horrid bouts of searing pain with some constipation meds...

As for cheese... I am a cheese freak, I can easily eat a whole brick a day.... I don't usually, but I do have some days that I do. Mind you its not all in ONE setting... but its in one day. I have been like this since I was a kid, what can I say... I really love cheese!

BTW - Yummmmmmmm to cheese-its!!!! I haven't had them in months... I want some now! lol

I've never tried this (gave to many bowel washouts when I was nurse!)

My friend has a couple of times and said she felt great afterwards, I don't think she found it too uncomfortable or anything...

This is the one I came across and was reading....obviously they are going to give you a good sales pitch as they want you to download their information.

herehttp://mastercleansesecrets.com/book...FRo8kgodYxfCUQ

hopefully it is okay to post this in here.

I work at home so having to be near the bathroom is not too much of a big deal as long as I can leave the bathroom LOL. I used to know a girl years ago who was a hairstylist and she swore by it. She said she had more energy and I forget how much weight she lost, I want to say like 20 pounds. I am not looking for a quick fix or anything just a place to start, I realize I have to get my cheese it addiction under control LOL. I eat really healthy things too, apples, grapes strawberries and I eat them the same was as the cheese, if it is there it isn't there for long. My husband will say wheres the ______ and I will say I ate it. But we just bought it yesterday. My response, well you know I like those things BOL!!

Great now I want Cheese its bahahahahaha!!!
