Default What would you spend??

I have been doing some shopping and I was wondering how much would you pay for a top quality dress for your chi?

Fifteen bucks. I try to buy off season cuz I'm a freak for sales. In the right instance, I'd do $15 at the most.

I've spent $40.00, but I wouldn't spend that amount until they stopped growing. I probably would spend more if I REALLY love the outfit!

I do believe that the outfit should not constrict the dogs movement in anyway. #1 They need to feel comfortable and not be forced to wear something just because their owners like it.
I buy my chi's clothes once in a great while, so when I do, the outfit has to be worth it. I also only dress them for
"photo shoots" After the pics are taken, it's off with the clothes!

Over here in the Uk the RSPCA are trying to ban small dogs wearing dresses etc ,as they say it's cruel.

Yea, I have strong opinions on that one. Cruelty comes in many forms but I hardly believe putting outerwear on your dog that you cherish can be considered one of those forms!!! Just my opinion.

That's ridiculous, I don't think that should be governed for goodness sakes. I have male chis and only one will even tolerate clothes, so I don't buy them. But if I did I'd hit walmart probably, because I don't buy top of the line for myself even.
