Default Nighttime Potty Breaks

My baby is just a bit over 8 weeks and wakes up every two hours to potty. She is in a crate by my side of the bed. I take her out to her fenced off potty area and she always goes. Is this normal for a puppy her age? When can I expect her to go longer between potty breaks? I'm tired.

I want to say that is normal and it's good that your constantly taking the pup out so it's not peeing inside the crate.
I'm sure it'll be able to hold it's urine longer as the pup gets older

That's why I LOVE a pen!!! No getting up in the night time. They can sleep in their crate with the door open, and then go out and relieve themselves on the pee pad. Otherwise yes that is normal for a tiny baby like yours. Tincture of time will improve this.

Yes, that is normal. Especially for a toy breed, you may expect the pup to be able to hold it for as many hours as her age in months. 8 weeks=2 months=2 hours. I would be using a pen too, as Susan suggested. Choose an elimination spot that works for you: disposable pee pads, washable pee pads, litter box, Piddle Place, etc.
