Welcome to the forum. You've got yourself a real tiny one! He may gain a little bit more, and be a 3 pound pup. Hopefully you will have him neutered, and that may help him gain a little tiny bit. I had/have a 4 pounder, who was barely 2.6 pounds when she was spayed at 5 months. She now ranges in weight from 3.6-almost 4 pounds. She is 5 years old.

Welcome Jasmin to the forum.
You definitely have a little guy.
I prefer to give my 4 Chi's soft treats especially "training treats" their small and soft. But I also give them "Greenies" (their a bit on the harder side) and my 5 pounder does fine with them. Also meant for their teeth/breath. I rarely buy "biscuit" type treats as I just don't really like them lol I'm weird. The 2 bigger one's get "chew bones" (rawhide free) but I've always been a bit afraid to give the 2 smaller ones "chew bones" especially because their older.
My dogs also love carrots (not all dogs do well with carrots especially uncooked) which I've heard is good for their teeth but I'm not sure if it's true tbh.
Also love plain canned pumpkin and plain yogurt.
