Default Newbie... need some help!

Hi all! First time posting here & first time owning a chihuahua. My little Chiís name is Tubby. Heís only 9 weeks.
I took Tubby to the Vet last week, and all was good only thing was that that the Vet noticed that he had some balding on his paws. He did a woods lamp test to see if it was ringworm. He told me that that test isnít always accurate so to not be scared... because it might not be that. He said that heíd have to do another test but Iím financially struggling. So couldnít.
Iím just wondering if anybody else has seen this in their puppy. Iíll add a photo.
Heís still growing some hair there so itís not completely bald.... and itís the only place in his body that has this problem. He does scratch his face and bite his back leg suddenly but very randomly. Iíve only caught him licking his paws a few times... so yeah. Please help! Is this ringworm? Is it allergies? Thank you!

Was it ringworm?
He doesn't scratch or lick constantly?

It looks red to me. I'd apply a soothing lotion that has cortisone in it for a few days. If it makes it better good. If not, then you have to follow what the vet said. I thought ringworm looked more like a circle? Make sure you hold the pup for awhile, so that it can't lick off the lotion. Rub it in. Gently.

Itís pink in person I guess. Ok sounds good! Iíll try a soothing lotion. Thank you so much. Yeah I thought so too, but the vet got me all paranoid. He didnít even help me by telling me what ringworm looks like or actually is, so I had to look it up online and then get stressed.

Is he any better?
That's not cool that must have been very frustrating/stressful.
The closest vets office is no more than 5 minutes away and accepts walk ins. And there are sometimes where I question whether I should continue going their. From a vet tech wanting to pet my dog and my dog was very stressed out and doesn't like other people. Then as we leave he comes out with a small dog and has the nerve to say "all dogs like me" I responded with "Well I know my dog best" To "arguing" with the receptionist. She asked for my # and I was like I can't remember my old # but I was here within a month ago so I'm sure you can look up my name. She gave me so much BS. Not to mention when I took my other dog 2 days later it was the same receptionist I was like I don't remember the old # She had gave me "attitude" but it wasn't as bad since the vet was standing right next to her.
But with them being so close and have treated my dogs correctly it kinda "out rules" everything else.
Lol sorry for the rant.

How are the paws now? Some dogs lick their paws to 'relieve' stress when they are trying to calm down to sleep. This can become a habit, so I hope the pup gets some relief from the itching?
