Default Domo sick, need advice

Let me start off by saying we have already taken him to the vet multiple times.

Starting last Friday, Domo began vomiting 4-5x daily. He was very lethargic and not his happy playful self.

Day 1 Friday-I took him to the vet right away. No diarreah. Blood work was normal, except his RBC count was high. They gave him medicine for nausea and asked to see him the next day. Not eating at all. Peeing randomly throughout the house. Temperature was slightly low.

Day 2 Saturday-still the same symptoms, only this time, two episodes of very loose stool (no blood). Vet gave him fluids and nausea/diarreah medication. Did an X-ray, everything was normal. Blood work was normal. Not eating at all. Peeing randomly throughout the house. Temperature was slightly low.

Day 3 Sunday- Symptoms seem a little better. No vomiting, no diarrhea, semi-playful. I boiled some chicken and he scarfed it down fast, both morning and evening. Peeing randomly throughout the house. I decided not to take him to the vet since he was seemingly better.

Day 4 Monday-a little blood in his loose stool, but otherwise very happy and playful. Still not eating, so I gave him more chicken. We did not go to the vet today. Peeing randomly throughout the house.

Day 5 Tuesday-extremely bloody loose stools, multiple times. Multiple vomits, both of substance and foamy white. Not eating. Lethargic. Not playful at all. We went to the vet. Blood work is normal, weight normal, fecal sample normal. Temperature normal. Vet, again, gave him meds and fluids. The vet told me to bring him back everyday for 5 days so he can continue to get fluids and hope that makes him feel better. She also gave me a sample of royal canin and said if he wants to eat only give him that, no more chicken.

I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do, don't know what's wrong him. Any ideas?

What were/have been feeding? Have you had the urine checked? Might try taking him to a different vet. Wish I could be more helpful. Hope he gets better soon. Poor baby.

I would probably try giving some raw steak chunks from the local grocery store. Chicken may not be agreeing with him.

Plain yogurt will help too. It sure won't hurt.

Oh no! I am at a loss as well. I don't know if I also wouldn't get a 2nd opinion. The slightly low temperature bothers me. I know it was normal on Tuesday, but I don't know if I wouldn't get a thermometer and keep a check on the temp at home. It's really not hard to do yourself. Get a thermometer with a flexible end that beeps when it's finished reading. Also, can the vet check his Vit K level? Just to be sure it's OK. With the bloody stool and low temp I would want to make sure he isn't having an issue where his blood isn't clotting. Please keep us informed.

I think I would get a second opinion as well.
I don't think I would give him Royal Canine like the vet suggested because since he already has an upset tummy, new food is probably going to upset it more.
I would probably try something else bland since the chicken might not be agreeing with him. Perhaps scramble some eggs without oil and some canned pumpkin to help with his loose stools.
I think a second opinion is the best start though.
I hope Domo feels better soon.
