Default Natures menu

I bought it from pets at home UK as I. Had a voucher for it. I thought to try it as the ingredients seened very clear. Has anyone else got their chi on it?

My story is that my chi is on Royal Canin and she used to gobble it all up. I tried her with wet dog food one day (a few months ago now) and cooked leftovers like chicken and now she wont eat her dry!
Trouble is ive got around 4 bags of RC and I've been told it's one of the 'advanced nutrition' foods. Although I know many of you would disagree.

It seems I am Having the same problem as others: finding a good quality dry food in small packages and one that is also easily obtained.

What are all the experienced members doing?

Or should I simply work at getting my chi back on her RC? As it can't be all that bad for her surely? ?

Hiya. Have you looked on whichdogfood review site? You will see that RC scores very lowly - it really is a rubbish quality food. Re the bags you have left over - I am sure your nearest rescue would gladly take them off your hands!

How old is your chi? If you want to put her onto a good quality dry food, you need to be tough. Put the food out at breakfast time for 20 mins, take it up if not eaten. Put the food out at dinner time for 20 mins, take it up if not eaten etc..
I ask how old she is as little puppies shouldn't go too long without food.

I would highly recommend Eden, Canagan etc as good dry foods - again these are rated on the site I mentioned.

As far as little bags go - most good foods come in big bags I think, so you save money. I did suggest to somebody the other day to contact Eden to ask if they can send their 7kg bag in 2 smaller bags - this might help you? X

Is it the Natures Menu frozen food? If so it is a huge step up from RC in my opinion.
I find it a little high in veg and rice personally, but it is a great way to try raw feeding.
RC is a middle range food, there are worse foods out there (eg Bakers) but you are not getting the top nutrition they are advertising. It is very overpriced for the quality.
