So I am trying out Darwin's Natural premade raw, and soo far I am really impressed and soo are the babies.
After going raw then back to kibble, I decided kibble is just not something I want to feed my dogs. So I went back to Nature's Variety Bites, but the cost of feeding two dogs with that is just expensive.
So I did a lot of searching through dog food advisor, and Darwin's is ranked as a 5 star premade that fits my budget. For 20lbs of Darwin's, including shipping, it is saving me 55 dollars with what I would pay buying 20lbs of Nature's Variety Bites.
They ship the food right to my home, and they even include a label for you to return the box and cooler so that they can reuse it.
And what I found to be really awesome is, they send you 10lbs of food for only $14.95!! And if you didn't like it, you would just call to cancel you subscription. They even included a Darwin's plastic container that I place to food in to defrost in the refrigerator.
The food come in 2 pound blocks that is divided into 4 small half pound blocks, which is perfect for me since I have 2 chis that each eat 4oz a day. So each day they eat one small block between the two of them. I really like that is divided up like this, because all I have to do is tear one of the blocks off and throw it in the fridge. Unlike the Nature's Variety, I have to get out little storage containers and measure out all their food for the week.
So far I am really liking this company and their product. It is very convenient for me and my budget. Hopefully everything will continue to go well with Darwin's and the dogs.
If you are feeding a premade raw, I really suggest checking Darwin's out. They will probably save you money and time, and you can still feel good that you are feeding you chi a 5 star food.
