Default ***Alert: New Fromm Flavor!***

Hi!! Just wanted to share Fromm is coming out with a new grain-free flavor called lamb and lentil. It also poulty-free and potato-free. It's set to hit stores next month. I am really excited bc we love Fromm!!

Can't wait to try it!

I've never fed lentil before but I figure I will give it a shot!! This will be a great formula for dogs with lots of food allergies. I love that I can rotate proteins every month without any GI issues with fromm.

Good option for allergies Wayyy too much lentils, peas and chickpeas and ingredient splitting from me - looks like most of the protein is coming from those not the actual meat so it's a plant based food - but most of the fromm grain free's tend to be It's a great company though I wish I could use them if their foods had less carbs and plants since they are so reliable and trustworthy.

That was kinda one of my hang ups with Fromm. And one of the main reasons I preferred Totw. Me cause most of the proteins truly do come from the meat. But now my pups are getting their extra protein from Stella's and Primal.

Yes the Four Star Nutritionals including the grain free are very potato/pea/rice etc. That is one of the reasons I haven't used them as well as too many allergens for us

I'm not a fan of super high protein in these little dogs unless I'm feeding raw bc it has lots of moisture. Totw was recalled a while back and pulled off the shelves of most local boutiques I shop at. I think if you're looking for really high protein dog food then Orijen would be your best bet unless you go raw. I tried feeding Acana years ago (Orijen was too high protein for me) but the chis didn't like it after a few days.

Totw recall was on their wet food. Most kibble has had recalls at some point or another.
