Wink How long been useing the H.K??

Curious question for a curious mind LOL...
HOW LONG HAS YOUR CHI. BEEN EATING THE HONEST KITCHEN???

I started PeteyBoo out on the KEEN about three weeks ago.
He doesn't seem to be real fond of the taste, but will eat it slowly.
So switched to the EMBARK and he seems to like it better.
Since I have some of the Keen left, I mix some Embark in it to get him to eat it better. IMHO, I feel better useing the Embark as it has NO Gluten in it.
So far, so good. Hopeing it will improve his coat/skin, breath
and over all vitality. Haven't had him on it long enough to see any
real postive results at present. But having high hopes...
-Blessings.

I started feeding it in the late Summer, I believe. I feed only the grain free varieties. Force, Embark and Zeal. It's made a huge difference in mine. Their coats are so much glossier and softer now, I started noticing this a couple weeks in, I'd say. Much less itching too etc. They look healthier in general. Previously, they itched a lot. I was initially also using Fromm Kibble some days, but have pretty much stopped that, but I still keep it on hand. Mine didn't like it at first, but now they absolutely go crazy for it. I think it's a great food.

I switch my dogs' food around pretty routinely so they are always getting plenty of variety. I have never fed THK exclusively but for the past at least 8 months it has made up the bulk of my dogs' diet. I started using THK for the first time in May of 2009 though and have been using it to some degree since then.

As far as immediate improvement, I noticed that Faith's irritable bowel issues cleared up with THK as well as Glory's allergies and her patellar luxation has diminished as well. Now coat changes took a lot longer to notice, mainly because we had to wait for a full coat replacement to really take in the full effect. But boy once they shed their old coats and grew in the new coats the difference was beyond obvious! Their coats are so much healthier, shinier and oh so much softer.

My dogs are not picky about the taste of the different HK formulas. I will say that I personally quite enjoy the smell of Keen and Force mixed together. My dogs like the taste too but for some reason a mix of Keen and Force just smells much more appealing to me than any other formula or mix. Okay, now I just sound weird! lol

I don't feed it exclusively either but we've been using it for about 8-10 months, I guess. We rotate flavors each meal so that they don't get bored of having the same one over, and over again.

Hi Val...
No that don't sound weird at all. I Love the smell of
some dog foods as well. I've told my d.h if half of it
tasted as good as it smelled I'd prob. snitch me a bite
now and then. LOL... Now that sounds weird. Haaa!!!
Blessings, and thanks for info. ~*~*HUGS~*~*
