Default Lamb chops

My Lilo has restarted being interested in raw bones (yay!) so I got some small lamb chops this morning. Are these ok to be fully consumed or are they better as recreational bones/should I remove them once they've stripped all the meat off? I searched online, but the internet is filled with contradictions so I thought I better ask the experts here.

I was under the impression they are ok to eat, but I've never fed lamb bones so I'm not sure. I took some of the meat off to keep it for another meal. They both stripped all the meat off, but struggled to eat the bone, in particular Rocky (which is unusual for him). Lilo got through most of it, but was struggling at the end so I got scared it might be too hard and took the rest away. lol Lilo's quite picky with bones, but loves lamb so I'd like to feed lamb bones for bone meals, but I'm not sure which are the safest?

Lamb ribs are quite soft and perfectly safe. Often with lamb chops the bone has been sawn so is much denser more like a cooked bone, (due to the friction from the saw)they can also be sharp so I always take the bone out.
