Default Poop is really "chalky" often

I fed Chloe primal raw. She has been eating duck for 2 months now. I have noticed lately she has had a lot of chalky looking stools. Does this been it is not a good mix? She also has been popping little hard truds. What should "good" stool look like?

It should look like a firm brown tootsie roll. Not like rabbit poop, and not white.

Chalky indicates too much bone. That can be a problem with the pre-mixes. They just contain too much bone. You can keep feeding it. Just do a meat only meal every other time or so. Or cut the amount in half of the premade and add in a couple chunks of meat. That will significantly reduce the bone content.

My most antler obsessed get chalky stools sometimes as well. Just tossing that out there in case you offer antlers.
