Default RawHaul/Mypetcarnivore.com

So I made my first purchase from https://www.mypetcarnivore.com/ and so far I am really impressed, but they chis will make the final decision!

I have been feeding raw and pre made raw for awhile now. I dont care for the pre made raw, and when feeding raw myself I have a had time find the organs I need and so on.

So last week I ordered four of the 5lb containers of Ground Whole YOUNG Beef, one container of the 2lb Ground Beef Organ Mix, and two containers of the 1lb Fine Ground Turkey Necks.

I chose to have it shipped ground knowing there was a chance that it could defrost. The package shipped on Monday and I received it today which is Wednesday! And all my containers were still completely frozen!!

The beef already has the correct ratio of meat, bones, and organs as the whole animal is ground up, so all I have to do is scoop and serve. It is like premade raw but without all the perservatives and vegetables and all the other stuff store bought premade raw has.

I got the organ mix and turkey necks so that on the weekends they can get some extra organs in their diet.

Oh and I forgot to mention that I on paid 88 dollars, including shipping, for 20 pounds of beef plus to 2lbs of Organs and Turkey Necks!!!! For me that is a good deal as I was sending 70 dollars going to the asian market for only about 10 pounds of food. Plus it is already ground up, so I dont have to spend time cutting up their food. So all around it seems to be the best way for me to feed raw.

Here is a pic of my loot

I will try to upload more pics later

I'm having a heck of a time finding organs, chicken or duck necks, chicken feet or rabbit.

Plus one of our boys lacks teeth so this may be just what we need.

Thanks for the link.

I'm a little confused as to how you serve it. The beef is in 5lb tubs, and frozen? How do you remove a Chihuahua sized portion?
Over here pet mince is sold in either 1lb blocks, or 1kg tubs. With a 1kg tub (which is quite flat and rectangular) I defrost it just enough to split it into smaller portions and re-freeze. I can't see how you would be able to defrost a small amount from those big tubs though.

I am only going to defrost one tub enough to portion it out into small containers. I will put 4 oz in a small container as i am feeding 2 chis and they get two 2oz meals a day, so all together im feeding 8 oz a day. So then i will put all the portioned 4 oz containers into the freezer. Then each night I put 2 portioned containers into to fridge to deforst over night for the next days mesls. Once those are all gone I will do the same thing with another tub

They do also sell 1 and 2 pound containers. But I opted for the 5 lbs tubs because I knew I needed at least 15.5 lbs of food to feed both my chis for a month, and it saved my a few cents per pound to go with the 5 lb tubs

Yah I would definitely check them out. First time I thought about ordering from them, I was shocked at the price for shipping and everything. But then I realized I was spending 50 to 70 dollars more than once a month at the Asian market. So I realized ordering from them would save me time and money. Meat is already ground up and portioned to the correct prey model ratio 80, 10, 10,
