It was a record for our rescue. We save them from the kill shelter, foster, then re-home.

I'm so happy for those pups. Hope they live happy, long lives in their new furever homes!

You are also fostering right now, aren't you?

Yes, i have Molly, an adorable Chi-mix. She is fabulous.
Thanks, all. It is very heartwarming. We had a lovely lady from a senior center adopt one of our senior Chi mixes. It was sooooo cute how the two immediately took to one another.
Yay. I'd love to be able to do that kind of honourable work!
That is fantastic news! Congrats. It warms my heart seeing all those people adopting needy Chis.
Woohoo that's awesome
Wonderful job! Congratulations!

If we ever move back to the States, I swear, if it's the only thing I do, I will be fostering and adopting out rescue Chis. It's not an issue at all here. Dogs, even mixed breeds, cost so much more than in the States, so I think the people buying them understand the responsibility. It's so sad with the situation of shelter dogs in the States.
That is wonderful news! It's so sad to think about all of these little guys that so badly need homes so it's great to hear when there are so many adopted out like that.
I was especially happy to spend time with two of our newest arrivals--one four months (SH) and one six months (LH). They are darling and should be adopted very soon, especially the LH--a rare gift to our rescue. We are mostly flooded with tan short hair Chis.
