5 weeks. I would swear they were 6 or 7 as active as they are. The momma is ready for them to go. Already getting their teeth. Little rascals. Will have new pics to post tomorrow.

I would love 325 a piece but will go a bit lower if needed.

have to agree with sullysmom I had ozzy at nearly 8 weeks and at the time it was fine but I think I am suffering the consequences now because I really socialised him due to leaving littermates to early for a chi and now he hates otyher dog and people and I am certain if a stranger went to stroke him he would bite their hand off and it is very worrying , which is one of the reasons I want to get another chi for him

I got my S.T.A.R. at 5/6 weeks, had to stimulate her after eating, for a couple of weeks. The lady I got her from wanted the pups gone. Let them stay longer with mommie, she'll stop letting them feed when it's time.

Well I got Blossom and she wasn't 5 wks yet and she does her *stuff* without any help. She is also eating on her own, no bottle feeding at all. She is a tiny chihuahua at 5 wks she is barely 10 oz. She doesn't get lonely since I have Dodge and TinkerBelle with her. Guess it just depends on the pup.

Check the state law

Anyone interested in buying a puppy should check the law in their state. It is law in most states that a puppy can not be sold to a buyer until it is 8 weeks of age. If a breeder is not aware of this, then steer clear!
