Hi. I have 2 chihuahuas. Lucy 12 yrs and Pickle 8 months. We are getting another chihuahua pup next week to kind of give Lucy a break and give Pickle a more active playmate. This past week Pickle’s breeder contacted me with an offer of Pickle’ s half sister. My husband says to go ahead but I don’t know. Am I crazy to have 4 chis? Pickle’s sister is 6 months. Thanks! ????

The more the merrier! IMO, any home that offers love, kindness, and warmth to a dog is a good home. Four dogs would be so fortunate to have that. Go for it.

We have four, ages 13, 12, 8 and a 1 year old. Wouldn't have it any other way.

If you can afford to have 4 go for it. 4 isn't too much more work than 3! I've had 3 at a time and everything worked out fine. I fed two of them in their pens, and the third ate in the kitchen. If you crate/pen train them, it will be easy.

Well, it looks like we won't be getting Pickle's 1/2 sister at the moment. Her breeder changed her mind on the price. So I guess my answer was questioned for me! Thanks for all of your input!! :)
