Carry him out on the walks^^He'll get re-adjusted to the area and learn to be familar with it once again. My kitten was like that, and I know dogs and cats aren't the same but it might help! Speak nicely to him and wait a while before you set him down to walk. Play with him outside a bit too! Much luck hun^^
