My vet told me that some chis do not loose those canine teeth and then you have to pull the baby canines (those are the long pointy teeth-2 on the top and 2 on the bottom). I have had to have all but one of my chis baby canines pulled. Some people do not worry about it, but I felt that is was another cause for tooth decay, so had them pulled. Great dental work for the dogs... :roll: :wave: But if they are not out by 8 months I would have the removed...
