I take my chis a lot of places but we rarely take walks in our neighborhood. Well last week I took my kids for a walk around the block as I did not want Gibbs running and over heating in 100 degree temps and that is exactly what my two chis would get Gibbs to do. I noticed BG is a little skitish on walks and look at her body language vs Sonny. I am thinking she needs to walk our neighborhood more to build confidence. Thoughts?

She is fine at events Pet Smart etc but she just seemed off in the neighborhood.

Angel is the same way. His tail is always down. We live on route 1A - a busy street - so I have to walk about two tenths of a mile to a quiet neighborhood. And until we get there, he ducks and hides every time a car goes by. But every day, he gets better. He doesn't really seem to "enjoy" his walks, but I believe in time he will!;) I just keep talking happy talk with him and occasionally give him a treat.
