According to the ad he has no teeth and has bad joints. I cannot keep a 5th dog permanently but I could foster him until someone could come and pick him up.

I wish I had the room for him! He looks so sweet and it sounds like his original owners just dumped him since these people were unable to find a owner. Poor old guy .
