Hey ladies I saw this in the Express , under "Baggage Check"and I had to laugh because I DO all this stuff for my dog!!!! :wave: :wink:

My sister-in-law treats her dog like it’s truly a member of the family.
She celebrates it’s birthday, signs it’s name on cards, dresses it up for Halloween and sends pictures , etc.
She’s nice and all , but honestly, is this normal?- NOT A DOG PERSON, D.C.

One person’s ideas of necessary pet care might make another person get out the net- for both the dog and the owner. But to your sister -in-law, the dog really is part of her family.
As long as she doesn’t put it on her mortgage or register it for wedding china, it’s much better to be a loving pet owner than a neglectful one.

Let's see I don't dress Auggie for Halloween because it is always warm here and he never wore clothes so he hates them He did wear a bandanna for halloween All the rest sounds right to me :lol: :lol:

I always sign Lily's name on cards. I bought a rubber stamp that's a paw print and I ink that up to put after her name. :lol:

Yep, the rest seems perfectly normal to me. Lily isn't part of my family, she IS my family. :wave:

I so agree Rachael. They are not apart but the whole nine yards of my family. I mean if you think about it and what other people do for their families, its exactly what I do for my chis and my other dogs. I go without so that they can have, all of them, including hubby and son. Oops didn't want to leave them out.
