My 7 month chi has shed most of his teeth except for what I believe his pre molars.
On his upper jaw on both sides his pre molars are pointing sideways and are a bit loose.
Been loose for a few weeks. Should I have them checked out?

If they are baby teeth, then don't worry. Especially if they are loose. If you are woried, then of course have him checked out by your vet. Many chihuahuas have retained baby teeth that are removed during a neuter/spay surgery.

Neutering removes undesirable behaviors like marking and excessive aggression many times. There are also health benefits to neutering. The surgery is much simpler than a spay and recovery is quite quick. There usually is few reasons not to, beyond personal preference. Of course it's your decision, just my own opinion :)

Mine too! Too many unwanted behaviors, and in later years a huge prostate, which is uncomfortable for the dog. Years ago, I took a neighbor with her late sons dog to be euthanized. Just the discomfort that poor dog had, when the vet examined him. "He has a huge prostate".
