that is what i said almost all night last night. chiwi get down, chiwi get off mommy, chiwi get in bed......... she kept climbing onto my chest and then digging at me! it ws making me nuts! so this morning i'm getting dressed and i have a few scratches on my chest and i am looking and i have a mole, but i'm not sure if i have had this mole, i can't remember, i've never noticed it. so now i'm freakin out and i called the dr and they said to just watch it. so i forgot to ask them what am i watching it do??

You need to watch the mole to see if it continues to grow, if it gets discoloration around the outside or inside of the mole. I'm sure its fine!

I hate it when Charlie starts digging on me, it hurts...he does it in my lap.
Definately watch moles that you're unsure of, my sister had one that was growing funny (she's only 23) and the doctors removed it, luckily it wasn't cancerous.

My chi's only seem to dig at my feet...boy does that send me up the wall.
Keep an eye out for color change and if it gets bigger or odd-shaped.

Watch to see if the mole changes in size, color or shape. I'll bet you're fine and just freaking out because this is a totally weird month around here. :lol:

That's interesting. They say dogs can detect cancers well before medical tests. I think I would be getting it removed - which involves a local anesthetic and minor surgery rather than "watching it".

I have had a couple of "watching" type lumps removed - they're weren't cancerous at the time, but things can change. I had complete peace of mind once the results came back negative. Sun cancers are very common in Australia, and I think are becoming more common in cooler climates with weather changes.

Maybe, it's 'good Chiwi'?

ok so i found some pictures of me and if i look close enough this mole has indeed been there the whole time. i guess chiwi just raised it during the digging. it's flat now.

i was concerned cause i heard that dogs can detect cancers and stuff so it really freaked me out.

it made me take notice of my beauty marks though. i thought i knew myself lol so i'm taking mental notes on my marks now.

Anyway I had a mole removed on my back , it started to get larger and sensitive. It wasnt cancerous though. I have some moles all over and I just keep an eye on them.

I'm glad thats all taken care of. Seiah has scratched my chest before too. It was so bad I couldn't where tank tops or anything that was semi low cut. It looked like some type of stigmata thing...LOL. And it hurts so bad when he just gets his nails trimmed...OUCH!!!

My chis also do the digging thing in thier bed or on couch. All i get is licking non stop of the face. And Sturgis wont stop till I tell him thats it go to your bed.
