Coat Suggestions

It is getting down to freezing temps here and it has been raining a lot. I have fleece coats for the chis, but I want something warmer/waterproof for winter. I would prefer something without a hood as I think they just get in the way. Does anyone have suggestions?

I found this site. I like it over others cause of the style of coats they have. I felt it was kinda pricey, but then again, nothings too good for our puppies rite?! Not like their clothes will go out of style either.
