Pip is 16 weeks and 2 lbs 12 oz, any idea how big he might get?

Also, my sister who is fostering him for me isn't having ANY luck getting him potty trained. He will go outside, but finish inside. He uses the puppy pads, but not all the time. Any help and suggestions would be great!!

Maybe your sister is bringing him in too soon?

Chis also have the thought in their head that if they have 1 foot on the pad that counts as being on the pad and will miss alot.
:D :D :D hehehehehe...that is SOOO TRUE Ms_P. Stinky sometimes goes ALL AROUND the pad just putting one paw in it when I come to realize it he has peed all around it and the pad still clean!
To be honest, I don't know if she brings him in too soon or not. I guess that is something I will have to see for myself over the weekend. I don't mind too much, we had two chis who just didn't understand what it meant to go outside. Paper and pads to the rescue!
i notice my lildog wants to make separate trips to poop and pee. never both !? so i just make more trips. shes doing pretty good for about 12 weeks!!!! she does want me to come with. not looking forward to winter
All three of my chi's will finish inside if I take them inside too soon Ginger and Tequila are good about being quick about going potty but I need to keep Kylie outside at least 10 minutes before she is allowed inside otherwise she will poop and pee again. She usually will pee two to three times and then after like 10 minutes of being outside she will finally poop. I think she would much rather poop inside but I have gotten wise to her and wont let her back inside unless she has sat outside for 10-15 minutes.
