so here i am all excited to be makin another dehydrated treat for Dex!
start time = 9 pm
end time = 2 a.m
temperature = 135 degrees

1/2 cup of honey , 1/8 water....stir stir stir. 6 bananas chopped

honey glazed one by one. the right tray had cinnamon too

1/2 way done

the verdict? Dexter Not-Approved

dont get me wrong, the recipe was great
i even ate some myself....

That's a great idea! When I read your other thread, it got me to thinking of bananas & here you are making banana treats. My Midgie likes bananas but only if I break off little tiny pieces for her and if I'm eating the banana with her. I'm surprised Dex don't like them. Try itty bitty piece & maybe if he sees you eating them, it might help.

he sure didnt like it. i even ate some in front of him chompin away ahm ahm ahm! but nope...i tried givin him small pieces all he did was lick them and walked away. he still loves his chicken jerky that i made him tho
