Stinky has his on most of the time...he doesn't have it when i forget to put him on after a walk (walk him with harnees) or after a shower..and i can totally say he has one purely for fashion's sake It's pink leather!

:shock: Oh yeah, sorry...forgot to add about the baldness issue..Stinky's first collar was driving him crazy..i thought it was just that he didn't like it...but no, it was the collar itself..it had little fabric/nylon pieces sticking out and that is what was making Stinky scratch himself..maybe Dollys collar is the reason..? check it out for scratchy spots and if is not leather..maybe whatever material is giving Dolly an alergic reaction the dyes and stuff...check that out :wave: hope it helps..
