That's sooo cute that Sera and Poppy have the same birthday! 
I've seen alot of people comment how their chi's are picky eaters and Mr. Peepers is a VERY picky eater. Buster is extremely picky when it comes to treats. He only likes one kind. If she's still got energy, is drinking water and is otherwise acting fine, I think that might be it.
