I couldn't remember the dosgae off hand, but I did go to a site that I refer to a lot and it has the dosage. It said 1-2ml/kg of weight. 1kg = 2.2pounds. That was taken off this site:

Do call your vet and confirm this though. I have had great results with Kaopectate. Good luck and keep us posted.

I recently had to give my puppy Kaopectaid and the vet recommended 2 Ml every six hours. She ways 2 Lbs. I gave her app. 1.5 Ml and didn't do it every 6 hours. I just monitored her next few stools and then gave more accordingly.
