My oliver is in the middle of a bout of upset tummy. The vet gave him capsules of metronidazole-50mg each, to be taken 2x a day. Is this too strong of a dose? His diarrhea seems worse. I also was told to give him 1ml of Immodium 2x a day, but some websites say its toxic for dogs. Ugh. Can anyone help? :?

Oliver weighs 6 pounds and a few ounces. As far as Kaopectate, what's a good dose? Thanks for the help
