I won a Richard Simmons tape on ebay! It's called 'Blast Off' and I FINALLY got it in the mail today. I decided to check it out and although I couldn't do most of the moves (haha), I did sweat! LOL

Anyone have any tapes you like to use to workout?

I have been completely bad with my diet all week long, but working out with the tape really made me feel good, so I'm going to go back on my diet and hopefully manage to lose the amount I want to by August.

I have the two tapes from the Biggest Loser and I LOVE them!! I've been really bad at working out since I've had company for the past couple of months. But now that they are gone, I'm hoping to start back up again! I worked on last Thursday and then again on Saturday. They are alot of fun.

Thanks, good luck to you as well! :D

I just finished working out with the tape and PHEW, Im sweating, yet I feel good again. I'm hoping to use the tape twice a day; after breakfast and than after dinner. I have a little step climber thing that I'll be using once a day, plus a machine called the Gazelle :)

I like to do the exercise programs on my cable (On Demand). They are all free, and they have soooo many to choose from!

I like doing the belly dancing ones, they're fun :p

I have the 30 day shred by jillian jackson (from the biggest loser). You're supposed to lose up to 20lbs in 30 days, i didn't stick to it for 30 days straight though so I can't vouch for it lol but I've heard of other people having that + more success! It's fun too :) maybe I should get back on it..... haha.
