Well, we are finally getting warmer weather and we can get outdoors, so the question of flea treatment rears its ugly head! I have always used Advantage and have never had any problems with it, but get more uneasy about putting chemicals on my dogs all the time.

Cosmo, my Bichon boy, has pink skin which is sensitive, and he is prone to getting itchy. Lavender isn't extra sensitive, that I know of, but she is so small. Fleas are definitely a problem and we will have to do something.

My vet recommends Advantage for them, but I know there are numerous other treatments available. I would like to use something natural, but it gets prohibitive to be spraying or putting something on them every time they go outdoors, which might be several times a day.

Any thoughts or comments? Thanks.
