Not everyone's dogs like antlers. Mine love them. Especially elk antlers.

Given Hope's food/ingredient limitations, they do not get bully sticks or other consumable chews. Perhaps that is why they love them. They know that is all they get!

The sound they make chewing these can be a bit unsettling but their teeth are sparkling!

I love how Chis hold things in their paws like hands.

I stopped the video before (like any 2 year old human) one decides that she wants the other one's antler even though it is just like hers.

Hope and Ruby have whole antlers and Eden a split antler. They prefer split since they can get all the marrow.

p.s. the dead looking thing on the bed with them is a Mini Skinneez fox. Not a dog I am forgetting to feed!

The girls look fabulous and very content. You have the sweetest bunch.

Yummy! Makes me want one! Lol. My husband is fascinated with the way our chi mix uses her little "hands", too. Your chi's just scream cute! So am I right? The elk antlers are good for dogs with allergies? Nala has sensitive skin allergies. We recently had to overhaul her diet because of this. Unfortunately, I have not seen elk antlers out where I live (victoria bc). Can you tell me the pet stores that carry it?

I bought my 3 some Deer Antlers the other day, pieces about 5" long but, alas, they really show no interest in them. The Deer antlers are much paler in colour than your Elk antlers, I wonder if the taste varies for them and the Elk's are mor appealing?

They are so precious--love the video. That is so much like our house hold!! Gidget thinks she is supposed to have her antler AND lulu's antler. HAHAHA I have to watch that little dickens like a hawk. You know, it's so funny that a vet one time told me I was putting the meanest breed (Chi) with the sweetest breed (Maltese)--Lacy and Gidget are much greedier/bullier than Lulu. My Lulu is just easy-going-give-up-her-antler-sweetie-pie.
