Hi everybody. I just got a new pup about a week ago. He is a chihuahua/papillon cross. He's super cute, kind of scruffy which is why we named him Festus. Anyway he is my second chihuahua. My first was my all-time favorite dog. He was a tricolor deer chihuahua. He was taken way to soon in a horrific car accident. Dogs need seat belts too. Well that was about 7 years ago and recently I began craving the chihuahua love again. It took a long time to want to attach myself to another small dog after how hard it was to lose the first one. I don't think you get quite as attached to bigger dogs like you do to those little love bugs.
