help fabric for navy and airforce outfit for cocoa

Cocoa visits a veterans home, and I just made him an outfit with eagles on it. At the home, there is men and women who served in all branches of service. Has anyone seen material for airforce and navy?

I used to have a bear about 15 years go in full airforce uniform, that was a light cotton twill in powder blue,wouldnt a cotton do in powder or navy blue?
