Luna and Dutch are getting worse and worse. At first is was random people that would come into the office, now it is everyone and today Dutch bite a ladies finger. I work from home managing an apartment complex so people are in and out of my office all day long. I figured it would be a good way to socialize them, letting them in the office. The office is connected to my house so other than gating them out or crating them all day, I can't keep them out. I am afraid I am going to get in trouble because it has become a big distraction and they do NOT listen when I tell them to stop. It has been cold here and I have been really sick so they haven't been getting regular exercise, that could be making the issue worse. Any advice would be appreciated- thanks.

Get a empty soda can and put 10 or so pennies in it. Duct tape the opening closed. When the girls start barking shake the can while telling them to stop. If they continue, throw the can in their direction but not at them. It will scare them and they will stop. Pretty soon all you have to do is shake the can a little and they will stop. Good luck with them.

Exercise would be a problem

The barking can be rectified I don't see an issue with it but Dutch biting at a young age (well biting full stop) is huge!!! Can't be good for business and if she complain to the authorities?

Anyway I have a nervous barker she barks growls and lunges at strangers especially runners... She's threatened (she does this at big dogs too), she doesn't do this at kids or pregnant ladies tho!! However the other day she was growling barking lunging and LICKING this woman how weird!

Anyway I socialised till I was blue inthe face because I knew she was timid she comes everywhere, my other is really relaxed calm and balanced nothing really phases her so I think se helps anyway I got a pet corrector spry it makes a loud hissing noise yesterday was the first time I used it!! (it's quicker and less noisy than Cans) and omg I used it 4 times and treat her as soon as she shut up by the time we walked passed the last person she looked at me I showed the can and she trotted on like there was nothing there

I'd also try treats in your office and get everyone to drop treats when they come in

These are definitely things I should try with my two, as well.

Pedro has always been a barker, and he's turning Gracie into one.

What is the name of the spray?

I like the spray idea. It does the dogs no harm at all and I think that most would learn from this method quite quickly.

The treats from every visitor, on the other hand, might run the risk of ending up with some overweight dogs.
