Some links for help when you cant afford your dogs expenses. I know we have a sticky of some of these but saw these today and am sharing. Later I will go in and add to our sticky ;-)

AAHA Helping Pets Fund This arm of the American Animal Hospital Association provides assistance for emergency and non-elective treatment of abandoned pets and pets whose owners are facing financial hardship.

Angels4Animals Angels4Animals- Guardian Angels For Animals- Financial Assistance for Pet Care This nonprofit’s program Guardian Angel works directly with veterinary clinics to help provide assistance to pet lovers who are facing euthanization or surrendering of a pet because of financial limitations.

Brown Dog Foundation Brown Dog Foundation - NonProfit Charity This nonprofit works with pet owners in temporary financial strain who are seeking veterinary help for their pets for a treatable but life-threatening illness.

Canine Cancer Awareness This nonprofit helps pet owners who cannot pay for canine cancer treatment; payments go directly to vets.

Cody’s Club This fund assists pet lovers in paying for canine radiation treatments; payments are made directly to vets for radiation.

Help-A-Pet Help A Pet Help-A-Pet specializes in providing financial assistance to help the pets of senior citizens, physically and mentally challenged individuals, and children of the working poor. IMOM Home IMOM provides funding for non-routine veterinary care for companion animals.

For people who have been struck by personal disaster, ranging from domestic violence to house fires to natural disasters, they offer LifeLine Crisis Relief for individuals to help with the cost of pet care.
