Buns is going to a referral specialist place tomorrow to see if they can do more tests because she still has diarrhoea all the time and being sick. She acts happy enough in between but even on only eating chicken or only egg or whatever it's not getting better so I was told they could give her steroids or refer her. But I don't really want to start steroids until we are definite on what she has.
Lucky she's insured!

When we got Penny at 9 weeks old she had the worst diarrhoea ive ever seen.. she had terrible worms and she was in a right mess. Once we got the worms under control the vet told us to feed boiled chicken, scrambled egg and really plain bland food.. we done this for weeks and she wasnt getting any better, her poo`s were still really loose.
I decided to just try her on her own puppy food and see how she goes because i thought she already has diarrhoea what can be worst and with that she started doing formed poo`s and no more diarrhoea!!
I dont know if it will work for yours but it def helped Penny!! the boiled plain bland food was some how making her worse!! x

Thankyou everyone. She is having more xrays, ultrasounds, blood tests and gastro intestinal endoscopies. She has to stay til probably tomorrow evening. So far she has had the first stuff done (and she has a uti) but today she is having stuff to clear her bowels for the endoscopies tomorrow.

For the food, yes she has had loads of different foods as well as bland things, they don't actually know for sure what she's got though, they think it might be something systemic from all the vague random symptoms. But thanks for your input x

I miss her!
