My "solution" is house limitations. Crazy Annie hoards and DESTROYS. So all my Chis have access to only two rooms--plenty enough room for them and me--and I don't leave certain things out (napkins, tissues, anything with a tag, placemates). That's been my only solution because Annie is queen of stealth "search and destroy." So I sympathize with your plight.
