Well when we got him last week he was 7 weeks old, well his ears were straight up at 7 weeks and now at 8 weeks and 2 days his ears at the tip are bent backwards sort of like curled back only on the tips tho. Do I need to take them or will they go back to normal? Even if I straight or smooth them out they will go back to its shape bent backwards t the tip.

Hi and welcome to the board! It is normal for them to go up and down and change shape as the pup grows. It is a little early to worry about taping them. You will usually see even more floppiness when they are teething.
