Mylo went to my sister's house a couple of hours ago. We're leaving early tomorrow morning to go to a music festival. We will be away until Monday and I miss Mylo already! It's far too quiet in here! He's staying with my sister...he loves her, her husband and her kids and gets stupidly excited to see them every time. He goes to theirs on a Friday and he has stayed overnight before. I'm worried he's going to think I've abandoned him. 5 days is close to a month in dog years after all!! He thinks I've abandoned him when I go up stairs and waits at the bottom for me. I never expected to miss him so much before I got a dog. I loved my childhood dogs to bits and still miss them but I didn't have a problem being away from them for a few days. I feel like he's my real child or something!

Awh, it's ok! He's going to be with people who adore him and will take great care of him! But I know how you feel, whenever bryan and I go on vacation, I call our moms a million times a day to see how they're doing! The funny thing is, I have a hard time sleeping without them! It's like my bed is not complete without 3 chi's wrapped all around me so I can't move, lol!! I hope you have a fun and safe trip!! Take lots of pics!! Gonna miss you on here!

I can't sleep with Mylo in my bed! I cuddle with him when I get him up to go the toilet but I'm too afraid of squishing him. That and he won't go under covers and gets really excited when he gets put on the bed unless he's already sleepy. He's right next to me in his crate though. I move around a lot in bed!

There will probably be a billion photos! I might be on here the odd bit as I'll still have my phone with me!

He won't feel abandoned since he's with people he loves and people that love him too. He won't even know how long it's been by time you get back. He'll be having fun! Don't worry!

Aww, can so understand how you feel. Had to leave Rocky with my parents once for a week. That was sooo terrible. Missed him so badly.
Now I will just plan trips where he can come. Hate to be without him.

You will miss him more than he misses you. Then when he sees you he'll be happy. Five minutes later when you're back together again he won't even know you've ever been gone!!!!!
