ok a long story,
people in the UK or Ireland will probably relate more to this.
iv had kidney infection and felt awful, dragged myself from the bed on sunday.we went to this outdoor market on the northside of dublin, hubby needed a part. so me, hubby, son and bianca head over. walking around, a traveller (gypsy) boy comes over and says "hey missus, my brother is selling chihuahua pups". so being the nosey person i am went for a look, the had 3 chihuahua puppies in a box. he started with the usual speel. i asked to look at thhe smallest one, a little black/tan female. well i was disgusted when i held her. belly full of worms.hubby said he thought i was going to kill him with the look on my face. so he goes you can have her for €350, well i wont tell you what i said, so i emptied my purse in front of him after toing and frowing, just under €141. i told him i wasnt leaving without her and i was going to call the police.ect,ect. so home we came with this tiniest thing, that he said was 4 months old.
took her to the vets on monday, vet thinks she is around 14 weeks. had her treated and a good exam. hes going to do bloods to check her liver ect when she goes back to be vaxed.
my heart was breaking for the other 2, but i never would have slept a wink if i had left her.
i know it was a stupid thing to do, and some will say your mad and you dont know where shes from and your only lining their pockets ectect, but do you know what ,,,,,, i dont care. i felt it was karma. i was meant to go there.
she is only tiny, 1lb1oz at the moment, but my others are so gentle with her, esp bianca, who minds her like her own, but she is like that anyway.
